- Is the official spokesperson for the organization
- Schedules Board meetings and prepares the agenda
- Ensures Board resolutions are carried out
- Appoints or attends the monthly JCSA Board meeting.
- Attends a majority of all RVSC Board, general & special meetings
- Attends all registered shoots
Vice-president
- In the absence of the President, the Vice-President shall assume all presidential

- Carrys out special assignments as requested by the President
- Chairs committees on special subjects

- Oversee all financial activities of the organization and keep financial records
- Presents financial summary at each Board meeting
- Guides the Board in preparing the annual budget and year-end accounting to JCSA
- Coordinates all banking activity
- Attends a majority of all RVSC Board, general & special meetings

- Assumes responsibilities of the President in the absence of the President and Vice President
- Maintains all Board and general/special membership records
- Shall send out a reminder to the membership when their dues are owed
- Attends all RVSC Board meetings, general & special meetings
Director at large 1
- At least one Director at Large will be present at all JCSA Board Meeting, general & special meetings
- Whoever represents RVSC At the above shall report back to the RVSC Board regarding JCSA policies and/or changes that may affect Sporting Clays.
- Shall represent the interests of the Sporting Clays general membership
